Lack of spanish speakers and rude employees. My mother called several times during the week and was promised her medications to be delivered just for yesterday to be told that her medications will be delivered Saturday because “not enough drivers”. This has been a reoccurring issue for her for months now. I tried to give them some slack but when I heard that the lady who spoke to her was very rude and disrespectful I had enough. We have never experienced this much of disrespect in the past with this pharmacy with previous employees. Where did all the young nice spanish speakers go????? Do better Remedium.

Very friendly and caring people. Doctor failed to call in prescription and the pharmacist made multiple calls on a Saturday to track down the doctor so he could fill the prescription.

Spoke with the pharmacist. She took the time to help me with a medication I needed. After calling around feeling defeated, she said let me check. Can't promise, but we might get it in soon. Got it in less than 24 hours. I use the big chain pharmacies, never had this experience. Thank you.

If there was a zero-star option, I would more than happily choose it. I am beyond disappointed with my past experience's and upon transferring to a new pharmacy, I can firmly say that this pharmacy has no concern for the life of people but only their own pockets lives who ever is running this place need's to hand over power or something because this is just outright sad. My mother was told she couldn’t receive medication and then told she would need to wait for an antibiotic? I mean, what unprofessional behavior is this!?

Although we got off to a bad start as below. The owner promptly made good on the situation and the pharmacy staff were super helpful and friendly when I did get the prescription. Now I am happy!Off to a bad start as a new customer. I was told my first prescription would be ready after 12:00, I drove 30 minutes to pick it up a 2pm and was told it would not be ready until 3:15pm. I am a busy Guy and was not going to wait over an hour, drove 30 minutes back to my office. Then, I had to drive 30 minutes the next day to pick it up. That's an hour of my valuable time lost. Not happy!
